Tammie Hickey serves as the current State Workforce Innovation Board (SWIB) Director and has more than 40 years of experience leading workforce development initiatives and programs. She previously directed Great Falls College MSU’s Continuing Education & Training department while simultaneously overseeing Great Falls Public Schools’ Career & College Readiness Center, the district’s Title II Adult Education program.
